At MONÉT we strive to achieve the best quality in all of our products.
We will gladly accept returning items for store credit only. No Exceptions. All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. All exchanges must be initiated here. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
All exchanges must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged)
We reserve the right to reject any exchange that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
